Welcome to Linktaq. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our products, including customized NFC (Near Field Communication) smart cards. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Linktaq designs and sells customized NFC smart cards that allow users to instantly share their contact details, social profiles, and business information with a single tap. We are registered at Plot No. 7, Lakshmi Colony, Gnanamurthy Nagar, Pattaravakkam, Chennai - 600053, Tamil Nadu, India.
2. Orders & Customization
Every Linktaq card is a made-to-order, customized product. When you place an order, you provide the design, profile details, and/or content that will be programmed and/or printed onto your card. By submitting this information, you confirm that:
- You own or have the right to use all content, images, logos, and information supplied to us.
- The information provided is accurate and does not infringe on any third party's rights.
- You have reviewed and approved the design/details before final confirmation, as production begins only after your confirmation.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
4. Production & Shipping
Since each card is customized, production begins only after order confirmation and payment. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery timelines.
5. Cancellations & Returns
Because Linktaq cards are custom-made to each customer's specifications, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started. Please see our Shipping & Return Policy for full details.
6. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or non-delivery, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within a reasonable time frame after approval.
7. Intellectual Property
The Linktaq name, logo, website content, and design are the property of Linktaq. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Linktaq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
