Placing an order on Linktaq constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Order confirmation is sent by email once payment is verified.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Each Linktaq card is linked to a digital profile that you configure after purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload to your profile, including photos, links, and contact details.

Your digital profile remains active for the lifetime of your account, subject to these terms. We may suspend profiles that violate our content policies or applicable law.

The Linktaq name, logo, website design and platform software are the property of Linktaq and may not be reproduced without permission. Content you upload to your digital profile remains your property; you grant Linktaq a limited license to host and display it as part of the service.

Linktaq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or platform, including business or contact loss resulting from service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
